- 4Limits. Platforms set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and banks and UPI apps set their own daily limits. A request above either may sit or bounce.
- 5Processing time. A request made late at night or on a bank holiday may simply not have been processed yet. Note the time you submitted it.

Where do I find the transaction reference?
If money left the platform but has not reached you, the reference number is what your bank will ask for.
- In your account's transaction history on the platform — each withdrawal has a status and, once sent, a reference.
- In your bank or UPI app — incoming IMPS and UPI credits carry a UTR (a 12-digit reference) in the transaction details.
Take a screenshot of the withdrawal line with its date, amount and status. With that, your bank can trace whether a credit arrived and was returned, and support can match your message to the right request.

How do I contact Funinexchange support safely?
Reach support from inside your account — the help or support section of the site you signed up on. The brand publishes help and FAQ pages on its own site; start there.
Do not use a "Funinexchange customer care number" from a search snippet, a comment thread or a social-media post. Someone offers to unlock my withdrawal for a fee — should I pay?
No. A stranger who says your payout is "frozen for tax", "held for GST" or "needs an unlocking charge" and asks you to transfer money first is running a scam, every time. A platform deducts its own charges from the payout; it does not send an agent to collect them from you by UPI. The same goes for anyone asking you to install a remote-access app so they can "fix" the withdrawal on your phone.
If you already paid such a person, report it to your bank immediately and at the national cybercrime portal, cybercrime.gov.in.
